SAMARUDDHI CHARITABLE TRUST was formed in the year 2007 by
a team of like minded social workers, Educationist, Proffesionals, with an aim to
create a holistic emancipation and empowerment for sustainable development
through social economy, education and health irrespective of caste, creed, coloue,
race , and religion among the rural poor, Especially prioritizing on backward
classes, minority, reserved community and tribal’s women and children.
GOAL:
To create a platform of comprehensive development of the focused constiuency to
improve and safe guard Child labor eradication, youth employment scheme,
Computer Vocational Training Program and awareness.
Objectives:
To assist the underprivileged section of the community to learn and gain skills and
capacities that will enhance them to plan for collective efforts and increasing
participatory leadership and action.
To bring about quality, quantity change in enrolment among girls and boys,
reduction of drop outs, that will lead to attitudinal change in teachers and local
governance that make all local officials are accountable for the local development
of that area
To assist the communities to become planners, implementers, replicators of their
interactive learning that will bring social, economic change and stregthen local
self-good governance to safeguard human digniy and harmony.
To worked for the eradication child labor educate the children drop out and
enhance them for continued education.
VISION:
The trust envisions a trust founded on justice and peace devoid of all forms of
disparities where all the people enjoy equal rights and opportunities availing their
rights, their rightful share in the abundantly available resources thus emerge and
flourish economically independent socially dignified.
MISSION:
Correlating with the vision accomplishment the trust embarks on a mission
characterized by:
1. Creating enabling environment for the poor and under privileged to expose
themselves for realities of life.
2. Discovering their own inherent potentials and exploring the avenues,
opportunities to optimize these abilities and potentials.
3. Equipping them to apply their critical circumstances and strive to take
charge of their own development thus become masters of their own destiny.
Strategies:
1. Social education that leads to the empowerment and trust of the alienated a
marginalized sections.
2. Supports for economic empowerment of the weaker section by introducing
alternate skills and means.
3. Advocacy, Lobby, Public, sensitization for the implementation of the due
acts and law pertaining specially to the target groups through the community
participation and involvement.
4. Legal interventions with regard to the issue and problems and focused
constituencies.
